What to bring

When preparing to attend a workout session, be sure to bring all necessary items. 
  • Water Bottle to stay hydrated. 
  • A bag to keep all clothes shoes equipment and gear together.
  • A towel for sweat and cooling.
  • A preferred basketball.
5P will provide specific equipment during the time of workout.
 (ect..weighted basketballs, ropes and cones)
